Smart-ID and Mobile-ID acceptance

When an email code is enough, and when to offer a qualified signature.

Acceptance with a one-time email code is a simple electronic signature with a full evidence record: name, time, version and the document hash, plus the signed PDF. For larger or business work you can offer Smart-ID or Mobile-ID per proposal, which are qualified signatures.

  1. 01On the estimate, before sending, choose the acceptance method: email code, or Smart-ID and Mobile-ID.
  2. 02The customer sees the chosen method on the page. With Smart-ID or Mobile-ID they confirm in their own app.
  3. 03The evidence record is kept the same way; the signed PDF shows which method was used.
