What evidence is kept with an acceptance

Name, time, version, the document hash and the whole story in order.

The accepted version is locked: scope, prices and payment plan cannot change. The signed PDF and its hash stay with the job.

Who and when	The customer’s name and the time of acceptance
Which version	The exact version accepted, with the options they chose
Document hash	A fingerprint of the signed PDF, so both sides can prove the document is unchanged
The story	Sent, opened, questions, versions and the acceptance, in order, with times

Estimates, acceptances and invoices are kept for 10 years, as Lithuanian accounting rules require. You can export every document as a PDF and every record as CSV at any time.
