Card payments and the fee

Optional. 1.4 % + €0.25 per payment, paid by you or passed on to business customers, never to consumers.

Card payments are off by default and bank payment is always shown first because it is free. Turn cards on when a customer needs them, for example for a paid site visit or a small advance.

  • Fee: 1.4 % + €0.25 per payment. You pay it, or pass it on to business customers as its own line. Consumers never pay a surcharge.
  • Card numbers are handled by the payment partner and never reach Helmar.AI.
  • Payouts arrive in 2 working days; bank links and transfers go straight to your account.
  • Starter: card payments for paid site visits. Team and Business: card payments on any document.
