Show a QR code at the walkthrough from your phone, or let a crew lead do it with the Collect payments permission.

At the handover, the amount due can be paid on the spot. Open the job on your phone, choose Collect, and show the QR code; the customer pays by bank link or card from their own phone.

A crew lead sees the amount due only if you give them the Collect payments permission. Otherwise the crew app never shows money.
The payment is matched from the bank like any other; the job closes when it is confirmed.
Cash at the handover is recorded with a KPO receipt signed on the phone.
