The bank feed matches incoming payments to advance requests and invoices by purpose and amount, so reminders stop and jobs start without anyone checking the bank app in the evening.

  1. 01Open Settings → Payments → Bank feed and choose your bank.
  2. 02Sign in with your bank and grant read-only access. Helmar.AI can see transactions; it can never move money.
  3. 03Choose the account the documents use. Exact matches are counted within minutes from then on.
  4. 04Every 180 days the bank asks you to renew the consent; you get a reminder in the workspace before it expires.
