Setup takes under an hour and has six short steps. There is no demo tour and no implementation project: you finish the steps and start with a real customer. Every step can be revisited later from the workspace settings.
- 01
Company details
Your company name, codes and address as they should appear on documents, the bank account for advance requests and invoices, and whether you are a VAT payer. Choose “not a VAT payer” here and documents are issued without VAT lines.
- 02
Prices
Upload your Excel or CSV, or send it to us and we import it. Each row becomes active only when you confirm its price. Starter services for your trades arrive with units and blank prices.
- 03
Quotes you already sent
Add each one in about 30 seconds, forward the email, or import a list. Follow-ups will run from the real sent dates.
- 04
Follow-ups
Read and approve the message templates. Safe mode shows the next seven days of messages before anything is sent.
- 05
Payments
Check the bank account on the documents. On Team and Business, connect the read-only bank feed; on every plan, decide whether to offer card payments.
- 06
Team
Invite the office and the crews with the right roles. Crew app users install from a link by SMS and are free on every plan.
What you can leave for later
- The bank feed and card payments. Documents go out with your bank details either way; matching from the bank can be switched on any time.
- Issuing invoices. Drafts work from day one; issuing is enabled for the workspace once the Lithuanian document rules are approved by an adviser, and the setup page shows that status openly.
- Assemblies in the price book. Start with services and units; build assemblies once you have quoted a few jobs.
