Add the estimates you already sent

Quotes you sent before Helmar.AI are not lost. Add them and the follow-up sequence runs from the date they were actually sent, not from today.

   Add one by hand

   Customer, total, the date you sent it and the validity date. About 30 seconds per estimate.

2. 02

   Forward the email

   Forward the email you sent the customer to your workspace address; the estimate is created from it with the original sent date.

3. 03

   Import a list

   A CSV with customer, email or phone, total and sent date. Good for a month of quotes at once.

Once added, each estimate shows on the dashboard as awaiting reply, with the age of the silence. The day 3, day 7 and day 14 notes are scheduled from the real sent date; if that date has already passed, the next step in the sequence is what goes out.
