Helmar.AI runs on desktop, tablet and phone from the same sign-in. Every screen works on a phone as narrow as 320 px, so the estimate you start on site is the estimate you finish at the desk.
What works without signal
- Today’s jobs, with the address, scope and notes.
- Measurements you type or read from a Bluetooth laser.
- Checklists, photos and the timer in the crew app. Everything is kept on the phone and sent when it is back online.
Owner and office on the phone
Add the workspace to your home screen from the browser’s share menu and it opens like an app. The crew app is separate: it is installed from a link by SMS on iPhone and Android, shows only the work and never a price, and its users are free on every plan.
