Every email and SMS shows its status: sent, delivered, opened, bounced or replied. A bounced address is flagged on the estimate for a fix; the sequence waits until the address is corrected.
The close rate
Won divided by decided, by month, trade and value band, counted from real acceptances. Quotes still waiting are not in the denominator, and small samples are marked so a good week does not look like a trend.
