Safe mode lists the next seven days of follow-ups and reminders, per customer, with the exact text. Use it after importing old quotes, after changing a template, and whenever you want to be sure.

  1. 01Open Follow-ups and switch on Safe mode.
  2. 02Read the list. Each row shows the customer, the channel, the day and the message.
  3. 03Pause a proposal, edit a draft or approve it. Every message needs your approval before it is sent, whether safe mode is on or off.
