A reply, a question from the proposal page, a decline or an acceptance stops the follow-ups within 60 seconds and opens in the replies queue.

  • Each reply gets a bucket (question, decline, booking, other), an owner and a due time.
  • Office staff with the reply handler role answer replies and book site visits without seeing prices or margins.
  • The daily digest at 07:30 lists what needs you, what goes out today, what expires this week and what was paid yesterday. It is never sent to a customer.
